Urban Action Plans for the City of Arica

The Regional Agency for Productive Development in Arica and Parinacota, fosters the Project "Diagnosis and Raising of the Plan for Urban Planning Actions in the city of Arica, Chile“.

The aim was to develop a Strategic Land Use Plan that will guide future decisions in matters of planning and that involves a Comprehensive Diagnosis, Strategic Reflexion and Viewpoint on both a city and territorial level. The Plan for Urban Planning Actions is defined along with the identification of strategic urban projects, that will provide a boost for the city in three sub-sectors: The Old Town, the Former Maestranza Quarter and the Beachfront Area.
