The 22@Barcelona project encompasses the urban renewal of that will transform 200 ha. of industrial lands in Poblenou into an innovative productive district, fitted with excellent infrastructure and offering more than three million square metres of modern, technological and flexible space in the centre of Barcelona for the strategic concentration of intensive knowledge-based activities. Poblenou, currently stands out as the flagship economic and technological platform for both Barcelona and Catalonia.

We provided advisory services to the Barcelona Local Council in the formulation of a project positioning strategy in the Poblenou market, and bringing in international investment.
