Urban Rearrangement of Puerto de la Cruz

The project seeks to equip the port with a series of services and convert it into a new area of economic centrality. Through the creation of a new port area space, the aim is to achieve a boost to the economy as a whole.

The reencounter between the city and the sea has been sought out, thus recovering the city’s front line with the sea through the creation of water laminate. Likewise, a new set of parking lots has been created to complement the existing demand levels in place, and provide a service to the port’s infrastructures.

The sports marina has been put up for tender, and the processing of the tender for the retail park in the adjacent public area is well underway

Zenbu has worked in tandem with the Tenerife Provincial Authority in the conceptualisation of the project, commercial design, the pre-project, business model and the search for investors.
