Valdebebas Park

Valdebebas Park is considered one of the greatest urban planning developments in the history of Madrid with a surface area of more than 10 million m2. This new urban development aspires to become an example of urban sustainability both on a national as well as an international level. The project has been meticulously planned to create a quality space that incorporates sustainable development criteria, fosters flexibility and mixed usage, has on-hand excellent connections and accessibility with the means of public transport, and recovers the urban space for the benefit of the citizens.

Appraisal has been provided to the Compensation Board for Valdebebas Park in the definition of the urban strategy, urban management and marketing, and promotion of investments, that provide a boost to its economic, social, environmental and cultural development.
